Great blog, love reading about your ...Hi Christine<br /><br />Great blog, love reading about your journeys.<br />As I am sitting here reading your list of reasons for miscalculating the route in the planning phase. I come to think if another reason for your wrong daily mileage, could be that your gpx track points measures the route flat without taken the earth's curvature in to consideration. Now I do not no if the gps calculates for this.
